| Job Description: |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, researching and recommending service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information includes quotations, installation and feedback forms.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and attend meetings with doctors for clinical discussion and meeting with the technical staff at hospitals.
- Assisting the Head of Departments in finalizing the deals.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Serves as technical resource and works in collaboration with engineers and clients as needed to provide effective end user support and issue resolution.
- Identifies problems in equipment and coordinates appropriate corrective action.
- Installation and calibration of new equipment.
- May supervise and train less experienced staff and provide on-call support as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
