| Job Description: |
- Manage and monitor VMs and network running in a virtualized environment
- Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
- Monitor network to ensure optimal performance.
- Own the process patch management, security, web filtering, asset management etc.
- Implement policies around OS updates
- Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to maintain clients virtual environment stable
- The ability to quickly and accurately diagnose technology problems
- Ability to work under time constraints and in pressure situations
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers
- Willingness to work with team members or group to achieve common goals
- Willing to work off-hours for weekly maintenance and on-call duties
- Demonstrate the ability to manage several concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrix environment.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Kaseya Products and/or other RMM Tools is a plus
- Solid in-depth knowledge of Windows environment
- Exceptional customer service, organization and critical thinking skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to efficiently and effectively manage time and carry out tasks.
