• We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Project Manager in our upcoming large scale real estate development project.
• An ideal candidate must be a Major or Col. Retired from Engineering Corps of Pakistan Army, having additional experience in private sector's real estate development projects. Candidate must be dynamic and self-motivated.
• The Position will be project based and the incumbent will be required to extensively travel within Country.

He will be responsible for:

• Coordination with Designer and developer for implementation of layout plan.
• Evaluating Engineering Design provided by the vendor.
• Helping Management in selection of Development and other Contractors
• Monitoring projects progress (including contractors performance) and reporting the same to Management
• Removing bottlenecks and ensuing project timelines
• Monitoring Project Cost and ensuing that it is in accordance with the budget.
• Managing Administrative and Security matters at Site
• Coordination with different Government Departments for obtaining NOCs and ensuing smooth operations.
