| Job Description: |
- Female receptionist cum assistant required for office in Lahore
- Female should have a good personality. Must have a good in communication skills and English speaking.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often -controlling access to the manager/executive
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Should perform any other task given by the management.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
