Shak land Builders and Developers is looking for a talented and accomplished site engineer for their Project on Lahore-Sheikhupura.

As a site engineer, you will manage project, supervise staff, and provide technical advice as a subject matter expert.

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Abilities:

• Read/understand structure drawings
• Make demands, bill of quantities
• Should be able to work under pressure
• Managing parts of construction projects
• Overseeing building work
• Undertaking surveys
• Setting out sites 
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Supervising contracted staff
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site
• Ensuring the plans, drawings and quantities are accurate for calculations
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
