| Job Description: |
- Support implementation of all the HEC Performa’s (where applicable) including teachers’ evaluations, courses evaluation, faculty satisfaction survey, alumni survey etc.
- Support Riphah QEC in conducting Entry/Mid/Exit Point surveys.
- Extend full QA support to RCVeTS, on site.
- Conduct/Facilitate Internal/External Audits including but not limited to ISO 9001 QMS and external reviews by HEC and other regulatory bodies.
- Any other tasks assigned by Director Campus/Director QEC.
- Prepare and share reports of teacher’s evaluations, courses evaluation, and faculty satisfaction survey, and other surveys as and when conducted to the Director Campus and Director QEC in every semester.
- Report non-compliance to QA instructions by Academic Departments to Director campus.
- Coordinate with various departments throughout the organization for collecting statistical data as and when required.
- Compile and report statistical data for compliance with HEC & other concerned bodies.
- Liaison with faculty members for compilation of self-assessment reports.
