Responsibilities:
- Recruit & on-board staff -
- Train existing and new staff on an on-going basis -
- Prepare JD’s /SOPs for all positions
- Orient all new hires and existing staff with company policies. -
- Prepare training modules for all positions as per their SOPs in English and Urdu -
- Run an ongoing training program for all positions.
- Research and maintain good relations in the hospitality industry and keep a healthy stock of candidates in case of urgent requirement -
- Prepare staff schedules for optimum performance/ profitability
- Prepare/maintain employee performance reports
- Maintain a healthy ongoing communication/relationship with all staff. Motivate them, address their work-related issues on an iPad going basis, and make them understand the company’s policies and regulations
