Job Description:

An Ideal Candidate Must have:



  • A bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BSIT, and BSSE. Masters in Project Management would be a plus.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a Software organization.

  • Responsible for overall Project Coordination with Project Management Techniques.

  • Past experience of hands-on coding/development in Software Development Projects.

  • Excellent English communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

  • Must be an excellent people manager, able to lead cross-functional teams with respect.

  • Hands-on experience on Project Management tools like SCRUM, JIRA, Kanban Agile Sprints, Backlogs, User Stories, Use Cases.

  • An easy-going and likable personality is a must.


What We expect from this position:



  • Maintain and administer all project-related activities and prepare project status reports.

  • Perform various audits on project management processes, prepare control documents, and monitor metrics

  • Assist all project members to ensure compliance to project schedules and assist in data compilations and prepare reports to meet all project deliverables.

  • Monitor the performance of all assigned projects and prepare required reports.

  • Ensure completion of long term and short-term goals within the required timeframe and submit all reports to management.

  • Manage all correspondence with team members.

  • Maintain records of all correspondence and organize various team meetings.

  • Analyze resource requirements for projects and maintain track of work progress for assignments.

  • Coordinate with Software Product Manager and management to enhance performance.

  • Develop materials and agendas for meetings and prepare project reports.

  • Internal meetings/discussions of both existing clients and new projects.

  • Coordinating with internal teams and clients on projects, escalate tasks where required.

  • Keeping track of the progress of all ongoing projects.

  • Keeping documentation up to date.

  • Replanning in case of deviation found against the progress of defined milestones.
