We are looking for the services of a "Sales Executive"

Job Description
- Build business by identifying & selling prospects.
- Identify and maintain relationships with targeted customers.
- Responsible for business development.
- Maintaining client records.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
- Answer all leadS and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advice on appropriate logistics options.
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for management review.
Job Specifications:
- Proven working experience as a business development officer, sales executive or a relevant role of Freight Forwarding Industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Minimum Graduation
- Minimum has 2 years of experience in relevant field
