eCommerce Specialist

• Basic Salary: Rs. 40000 to 45000 depending on experience (Sales Targets will be arranged)


• Working on Market places – Full Training provided


• Experience required in 2 or following sales channels


• Amazon, Ebay, CDiscount (France), FNCN (France), Onbuy, Noon (UAE), Linnworks,


• Social Media knowledge

Tasks:

• listing new stock, removing listing when stock finishes,


• Fully understand and working on Sellers Dashboard such as Marketing, making deals, promotions through Markdown manager, monitoring traffic to shop, keywording in shop, social media shop.


• Encouraging Customers to write reviews and leave +ve feedbacks and remove –ve feedbacks if received.


• Fully understand account Health as follows by daily monitoring:


• Work toward “top rated” by meeting following requirements;


• Stock maintenance, listing adding and removing according to stock order checking and communicating with dispatch team in UK.


• Checking performance and working towards Sales target


• Encouraging Customers to leave + reviews and try to add maximum positive reviews.


• Customer Services – email checking, responding to


• Social Media (as defined in benefits) all listings when created and repeat on regular basis


•  Ecommerce maintenance and working with order dispatching team


• Google adwording


• Make sure to understand and keep a close eye on our competitors in the market and give regular feedback to the management.


• Make sure the listings are within the eBay and amazon standards to avoid any type of restriction on the account.


• Take full ownership of the personnel development and training to keep up to date on new policies for eBay amazon and website.


• All these factors will be taken into consideration at the end of the year for consideration of salary rise and bonuses (Each Webinar training you can earn Rs. 5000 per training)


• Please make sure all the staff to keep the records of anything extra they have done as that will reflect their pay rise and bonuses


• E-Shots


• Need 2 e-shots every week (Wednesday, Friday)


• Social Media Feeds


• Full company stories on social media (14 feeds per week)


• Entitlements (both Parties):


• Each party is entitled to give 2 months notice before this contract can terminate.


• If do not meet sales target continuously for 3 months this contract may terminate before end date.


• If account is not top rated for more than 3 months in row Power Star may reduce salary according to account health.
