| Job Description: |
- Review pre-casting technicalities and then design the casting scheme, then Perform simulations of non-sugar components keeping in loop Head Production
- Plan casting production and divide into each subsection with comprehensive planning with In-Charge Production to take directions for further course of action
- Manage production of all parts including pattern designing, molding, casting, testing and heat treatment
- Liaison with CPPC to ensure the on-time production and delivery
- Take corrective measures whenever targets are not achieved or defects /quality rejection exceeds acceptable limits
- Analyze defects in casting and take necessary actions to minimize the problem through change in technology, process control
