Skills Required:

•  Proven work experience as a system analyst.


•  Hands-on experience with software development and documentation.


•  Solid knowledge of business information systems.


•  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


•  Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.


•  Practical experience of modeling tools like Microsoft Visio, UML. A good problem-solving attitude.

Major Duties:

•  Meet and coordinate with technical teams, system end-users, business team, and business analyst to establish project scope, system goals


•  Proven practical experience in creating technical design documents for enterprise software solutions.


•  Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and SQAs to follow.


•  Preparation of System functional document (FSD) from requirement specification documents (BRS).


•  Writing and preparing the user manuals for a new and existing system by analyzing its different aspects from the end-users perspectives.


•  Prepare business proposals including technical and non-technical as per the customer/client requirements,


•  Provide presentation of these documents at client side.


•  Identification of Function/Non-Functional requirements and translating them in design documents for an already developed system.


•  Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, managing scrum calls, prioritizing the backlog, etc.


•  Participate in planning and monitoring of all product sprints and releases including UAT, Demos, and training with stakeholders and end-users.

Qualification:

Minimum graduation with BS/BE in CS/SE/CE/EE from a reputable institute.

Experience:

More than 7 years of overall experience with 3 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects. Experience in the IT solution-providing sector is a major plus.
