We at Grand Marketing (Real Estate Marketing Firm) are looking for enthusiastic, goal oriented Sales Officer to ensure Direct Sales and to contribute in generating more sales for our company.

• You will be responsible for closing sales deals over telephone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Its a Commissions/Incentives Based Position

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services using scripts.
• Answer queries from customer about product or company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Generate new prospects and leads.
• Generate sales leads.
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies. Meet personal/team sales targets. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. 
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over phone.
• Ability to learn about product/services and explaining it to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
