Job Description:

Trax is urgently seeking profiles for the position of CSR in our Customer Services Deportment



  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional level support.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus

  • 2 - 3 years customer service experience- Call Centre preferable

  • Experience highly regarded

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Urdu

  • Ability to work within a high volume contact Centre environment

  • A positive can do attitude and willingness to learn

  • Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)

  • Possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations

  • Must be flexible to work in shifts

  • Excellent communication skills
