| Job Description: |
Eastern Medical Technology HR consultants are looking for IT Technical Support Officer.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs).
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
The incumbent should possess the following qualities:
Education – Minimum Bachelor’s/Masters/MBA degree.
Experience – At least 1 Year of Experience.
Should have good communication skills to represent the company at different forums.
Timing 4 pm to 10 pm. |
