| Job Description: |
- To work on recovery for various projects.
- Update recovery sheet and present final sheet to Finance Department.
- Recovery supervisor develop collection strategies to minimize “Bad Debts” portfolio lose
- Issue receipts to clients.
- Furnish reminder notices to clients for recovery.
- Coordination with Legal Advisor.
- Issue reminders
- Create group notifications.
- Coordination/scheduling for meetings.
- Responsible for initial and ongoing training for all subordinates’ personnel
- To assign the work to the subordinate staff and monitor them on daily basis.
- To take the reporting from their staff by email/as per company norms.
