- The individuals should be preferably graduate in any discipline (Masters Preferred) and should have telesales experience of at least 2 years.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Must have Computer skills especially; MS Word/Excel/Power Point.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management & soft skills.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email or chat.
