Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls
- Schedule new patient appointment
- Reschedule the established patients appointments
- Working on medicine refill and Lab orders requests
- Payment comparison
- Appointment reminder calls
- Creating new patient profile
- Making a report of incoming faxes and sorting out accordingly
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience Patient Scheduling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- US Based Projects (6:30pm to 3:30am)
