• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from clients or other employees
• Troubleshoot/analyze computer systems to identify and eliminate performance bugs and hardware malfunction
• Assist management in creating training materials on computer troubleshooting and usage
• Organize and file documentation and instructional guides for computer hardware
• Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as date of completion
• Attend virtual meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware or software problems.
• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
• Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
• Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications
• Experience with Cloud, Server, VOIP, website, IOS, and Android Application Management
• Ensure the security of an organization’s IT database by performing backups and updating security protocol
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with a co-worker, customers, and clients
• Maintain detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them
• Must maintain a log of ticket generation and problem-solving. 
• Collaborate with programmers, developers, and designers to achieve set objectives
• Bachelors in IT a MUST and 2-3 years of experience.
• English proficiency is MUST
