Job Description:
  • Provides investment information and financial advice; works with corporate and individual clients; and maintains knowledge of a wide range of investment and financial products, including trusts, stocks, bonds and shares
  • Works closely with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunities, to be pro-active within the short term market and coordinate any short term opportunities across the planning teams
  • Manage company's planning calender (annual, monthly and quarterly budget outlook) and to provide financial consultation with annual strategic planning
  • To aid in the reporting of monthly/quarterly investment performance figures along with maintaining financial reports, business plans and models
  • Basic Knowledge of 'Route' and producing reports to help with the buying/planning/audit measurement processes
  • To coordinate and prepare rolling forecast (including risk aspect) and preparation of budgeting, variance reports and senior management reporting
  • Perform financial research and generate ad hoc analyses as needed
  • Updating of internal and external business matrices (Digital handbook,KPI's)
  • To make decisions about financial and investment opportunities
  • Preparation of written reports and presentations
  • Portfolio management/ Cash flow management and preparing various profitability analysis 
  • Other tasks as asigned

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret organization's policy statement, procedures and technical documentations
  • Advanced to expert excel skills (Pivot tables, tables, lookups etc.), strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
