1) Regularly Check Tender emails and sort the tenders of interest to the company related to LED lights, Solar Street lights, Solar power systems and solar water pumps.
2) Print the tenders of interest.
3) Compile the printed tender documents in a file.
4) Highlight the important points and fill the data in the excel sheet of tenders.
5) Co-ordinate with the tender issuing departments and fill up the missing information’s by inquiring them as per the data required to fill the excel sheet.
6) Once the excel sheet is complete and file is prepared, present it to the CEO and take remarks for the priority of the tenders.
7) After receiving the priorities from the CEO, present the file to General Manager and Director for financial and technical processing, meanwhile you should prepare all the necessary documentation other than the technical and financial requirements of the tenders.
8) Once documentation is completed, consult the General Manager/Director, take the financial and technical proposal and compile it with your documentation.
9) When you feel like that almost all the requirements of the tender documentation are prepared, assign the office rider for printing and binding of those documents.
10) After you receive the printed documents, sign and stamp all the documents and present it to the General Manager/Director for review.
11) Once reviewed you will assign the rider for shipment of the documents to the concerned departments.
After that you will update the excel sheet and take proper feedback for the submitted documents
