• To resolve queries and issues of CEP students.
• Get the reading material ready before classes start i.e. course outlines, course packs and related reading material for CEP participants.
• Arranging field trips for CEP participants; and help in arranging different events.
• Look after the logistics and coordinate with other departments regarding the reservation of auditorium(s).
• To manage interdepartmental communication to handle day to day office affairs.
• Completing the tasks and duties assigned during the course of training Period.
• Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge of SOPs for better execution of the departmental duties.
• To Work as a team to achieve higher goals.
• Maintaining professional relation with the customers.
• Coordinating with each other so that there are no communication Barriers.
• Establish and maintain good relations with the internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
• Any other task (s) assigned by supervisor / Head of department
