Position Purpose:
An Officer Sales is responsible for assisting in marketing of CEP Open-Enrolment Programmes
Main Responsibilities
- Answering all email/telephone/mail queries regarding CEP
- Managing the open-enrolment programmes portfolio
- Assisting the AM/SO to implement all operational aspects of the marketing and running of programmes
- Develop strong relationships with faculty and staff colleagues internal and external to CEP
- Manage sponsor / vendor relationships
- Manage the marketing aspects of all scheduled programmes such as:
o The creation and timely dissemination of marketing collateral (brochures, advertisements, emails etc.)
o Coordinating with the advertising agency, printers, and other vendors
o Coordinating with conference planners and other CEP staff for programme related issues
- Manage the operational aspects of programmes including:
o The screening and enrolment of participants (getting feedback of the programme director)
o Providing conference planners with complete applications of the participants well in advance
o Generation of invoices
o Maintaining payments (accounts receivables and payables)
o Coordination with the accounts department
o Generating timely revenue reports for each individual programme
Skills:
