The person is required to maintain a portfolio of payment collections from credit sale of motorcycles. The person is also required to handle process of verifying credit worthiness of potential customers under given standards of verification to ensure genuineness of provided customer information.

Following are the basic job requirements

• Filling client verification documentation and ensuring all standards and procedures of verifications are met.
• Screening and cross checking of all information provided by customers and sales officers.
• Make visits to Customers/Guarantors premises to ensure correctness of given information.
• Help improve reliability of customer verification processes. 
• Maintain business volumes of installment sales recovery & collection through regular phone calls and visits.
• Ensure customer follow-up by maintaining daily and weekly visit plan
• Ensure timely recovery of credit sales and working closely with others in the team to meet team targets.
• Implement strategies of persuasion for timely recoveries.
• Identifying potentially difficult clients to the Branch Credit Manager for early risk mitigation strategies.
• Build strong relationship with the customers to maximize strong customer retention.
• Maintain transparency in all aspects of doing business.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal & communication skills. He should possess a motorcycle for local travelling. The position provides a commission based incentive and offers impressive opportunity to grow within the company.  A person with related experience or direct-to-customer marketing experience will be preferred.
