We are a fast growing company and due to our rapid success, we are expanding our headcount by 50% over the next six months.

We are looking for Team Leaders / Supervisors for our Outbound and Inbound Campaigns. Candidate must have at least 5 Years of working experience in the industry especially in Outbound and minimum 3 years in the same capacity with excellent Verbal Communication skills.

Candidate must be punctual, possess a strong work ethics, punctual and self-motivated with team leading abilities to manage the staff and to meet the targets given by the senior management.

Our office is located in Blue Area, Islamabad. Apply if you can easily travel to Blue Area and fulfill the following criteria.

• Fluency in English.
• Ability to handle teams.
• Completing paperwork
• Delegating tasks
• Sharp listening skills.
• Willing to work evening shifts.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Ability to Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
• Provide trainings to team members.
• Manage the flow of day to day operations.
• Create reports to update senior management about the team's progress.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Must have strong leadership qualities.

& 03:30p.m-01:00a.m
