Female Personal Assistant to Deputy Head is required at Zohaib Asad Academies, Bahria Town Civic Centre branch.

Zohaib Asad Academies is a private educational institute with a multinational market owned by O/A/IGCSE level World Record holder Zohaib Asad Syed - Executive Director.

This is a part time position with working hours from 2:30 pm - 7:30 pm Mon-Fri. (5 hours/ day and 25 hours/week)

Free basic medical checkup facility is available.

Candidates must possess the following skills:

• Must be fluent in English language and be able to communicate effectively with prospective and current customers of the educational institute.


• Should be able to use MS office, mainly MS Excel, MS Word, and be able to operate professional e-mail clients such as roundcube, MS outlook.


• You must carryout tasks delegated to you by the Deputy Head and coordinate with subordinate staff as required to deliver the expected results.


• Must have at least 1-2 years of past experience as a personal assistant in an educational institute or similar environment.


• Should have suitable professional references of previous employer or superviser. 


• Minimum education is bachelors degree in any discipline.


• Be willing to do important delegated tasks outside of office hours.
