The person is required to lead a team of sales officers while developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies against distribution of motorcycles to be sold on installment or hire-purchase basis.
The person should reflect strong inter-personal skills with the ability to implement operational standards for sales and marketing function.

1) Manage a group of sales officers working in their designated areas of the city by directly leading and monitoring their performances.
2) Devise and Implement sales and marketing plan and reporting directly to the management on regular basis.
3) Oversee and contribute to the effectiveness of Direct Sale related activities of the Branch.
4) Improve operational standards for the department and effectively manage its adherence in all areas of the function.
5) Managing all sale leads and opportunities for closure.
6) Liaise with the Branch Credit Manager for effective implementation of cross-functional improvements.
7) Manage conventional and un-conventional channels of go-to-market strategies to achieve and exceed sales target.
8) Build and maintain customer relationship to segment our customer portfolio and develop dedicated marketing activities for each segment accordingly.
9) Lead recruitment of Sales Officers and develop training programs for the sales staff to be executed.
10) Maintain effective relationships with all business partners of multiple sale channels.
11) Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Sales reports for senior management.
12) Maintain and improve transparency in all aspects of doing business.
Candidate must have a minimum related experience of three years of leading and managing direct sales executives.
