»         Design and implement long term strategic goals and short term tactical plans for managing and maintaining systems, application software client/server implementations and security.

»         Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging this systems.

»         Coordinate and collaborate with technology resources, business units partners and vendors to ensure availability, reliability and scalability of corporate servers and network devices to meet the business demands.

»         Lead, coordinate and participate in key process improvements as they relate to the infrastructure architecture.

»         Perform cost-benefit analysis and return on investment for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.

»         Monitor server and network resources, applications, operating systems and security devices, prioritize and respond to request as appropriate; serve as cornerstone for escalation of these issues.

»         Manage enterprise active directory and group policy services and supporting server infrastructure.

»         Deploy, manage, monitor and maintain all security system and their corresponding or associated software including firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, intrusion detection program and anti-virus software.

»         Design and perform server and security audits, system back-up procedures and other recovery processes in accordance with the corporate business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

»         Recommend, schedule (where appropriate) and apply fixes, security patches, disaster recovery procedures and any other measures required in the event of security breach.

»         Develop and maintain training materials and documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes and service records.

»         Manage, maintain and troubleshoot online/hosted services i.e. website, intranet, Citrix, Dynamic DNS etc.

»         Coordinates with service providers on issues pertaining to telecom services, telephone system, PABX and IP Phone.

»         Maintain close relationship with telecom services providers for managing and troubleshooting issues on mobile, landline, fax and IP services.

»         Manage software licenses for different group companies and updated them if required.

»         Manage ERP and HRM softwares implemented in multiple Business Units.

»         Design, Deploy and Maintain group wide security systems such as CCTV, Door Access, Fingerprint access, etc.

»         Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to secure system-related products and services.

»         Conduct research on emerging products, services protocols and standards in support of software, systems, security enhancement and development efforts.

»         Act as project lead for corporate IT, during transfer to new office premises.

»         Act as project lead in the design and review of new server systems applications, hardware and security devices. Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, etc.

»         Conducts audit of PC’s

»         Perform other IT related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

»         Handling EOBI & PESSI PAYMENTS

»         Any other Task Assigned by Immediate Supervisor.
