| Job Description: |
- To plan , coordinate ,direct and supervise support service
- To forecast necessary level of staffing, and helping director in hiring/exits of administrative personal
- Plan, administer and control assets, equipment and supplies.
- Any assignment or task assign by the management
- Control and organize the employees to increase efficiency of work
- Recommend changes that could improve service and increase operational efficiency
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Perform financial task such as estimating costs, and implement procedure and managing budgets in collaboration with directors.
- To make sure that food and beverages for the staff is being managed as per policy
- Develop direct relationship with all department heads for better understanding.
- He should be expert in MS-office.
