We are looking for an enthusiastic Female/male Telesales Representatives to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for sale deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts.
• Answer questions about products.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
•  Working closely with other teams to develop new business.

Requirements:

·        Excellent knowledge of English

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Flexibility to work in night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
