Job Description:

Assignment:

The Program/CMU Officer position performance will be supervised by Country Projects Coordinator, in technical and managerial spheres of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

·         Assist the Country Projects Coordinator in documentation and knowledge management of the projects

·         Assist the Coordinator to collect, collate and share the data on the project  for program excellence and development

·         Record, draft and share minutes of meetings

·         Assist the CPC in experience sharing and lessons learned sessions/workshops on monthly,  need basis and recording the outcomes for further  sharing

·         Arranging coordination meetings for CPC  with consortium members and external stakeholders

·         Facilitate the CPC in sourcing out of project activities to external stakeholder and developing resource person(s) ToRs where needed

·         Assist the CPC in preparing  draft MoU /ToPs with different stakeholders  of the project

·         Assist the CPC in collection of secondary data for the current project as well as data on food security and nutrition and emergency  programing

·         Facilitate Country Projects Coordinator in conducting brainstorming sessions for new proposals , recording the session’s outcomes for sharing with CPC  and program development department.

·         Support the CPC and  the field teams to identify , compile/ develop and sharing of case studies/success story  of the Alliance and other, WASH,  food security ,nutrition and emergency programs

·         Compile brief weekly ,  narrative monthly  reports and one pager  report for the review (to be approved by CPC ) and sharing with  stakeholders regarding project progress and process

·         Communication and collaboration with ACTED database for project data management and retrieval for reports

·         Assist the CC in developing tools and formats for quick surveys (beneficiaries feedback survey, post distribution surveys) and output/outcome monitoring

·         Participate in relevant cluster meetings in case of CPC non availability

·         Assist the CPC in donor missions

Social cohesion is a key component to ensuring equitable service provision. ACTED’s interventions include the establishment of local representation bodies as well as supporting the rights of women, minorities and marginalized groups;
Pillar 4 – Environmental protection and community resilience – This pillar aims to mitigate some of the effects of recurrent disasters, climate change and environmental degradation. Interventions start at a household level, such as construction of fuel efficient
