Global Microsoft (US) is looking for Offshore Junior-Mid Level HR resource for its Recruitment process.

This job opportunity is for US morning Shift (PK evening 5pm - 2am).

Timings: 5pm - 2am (Pakistan Standard Time)

Location: Work from Home

Job Description:-

- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

- Search a viable resource from the list of available candidates of Global Microsoft.

- Compiling and update Candidates records (hard and soft copies)

- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Requirements:-

- Strong verbal and written English communication skill is a MUST. American accent is a BIG plus.

- Proven experience as an HR resource, relevant human resources/administrative position

- Expert in MS Office usage.

- Excellent organizational skills

- BS degree in Human Resources or related field

Compensation:-

- Base Salary plus profit sharing on the number of active resources onboard due to the employee.

- Company Laptop will be provided.

- Internet Allowance will be given.

- IP Phone will be provided.
