Job Description: |
Customer Service Exceutive required for an International Trading company catering to Top Pharmaceutical, Food industry in Pakistan.
- Manages all stages of order processing under supervision of Manager.
- Maintains all order records.
- Updates new developments.
- Does regular follow up with existing & new customers.
- Has Knowledge of Indenting, preparing shipping documents.
- Financial knowldege, payment terms, bank docs.
- Background in pharmacy & import or export is a plus
- Must Have knowldege of leading Pharma & Food companies in Pakistan.
- Any other related task that the Management requires.
