Job Description:

Customer Service Exceutive required for an International Trading company catering to Top Pharmaceutical, Food industry in Pakistan. 


  1. Manages all stages of order processing under supervision of Manager.
  2. Maintains all order records.
  3. Updates new developments.
  4. Does regular follow up with existing & new customers.
  5. Has Knowledge of Indenting, preparing shipping documents.
  6. Financial knowldege, payment terms, bank docs.
  7. Background in pharmacy & import or export is a plus
  8. Must Have knowldege of leading Pharma & Food companies in Pakistan.
  9. Any other related task that the Management requires.
