A garments factory (Denim/Non Denim) is looking for an energetic Merchandising Manager who can lead a team of merchandisers to ensure following activities:

• Handling of customers from development to shipment.
• Coordination with sampling department for timely delivery of samples
• Work out for fabric consumption, trims & fabric
• Coordinate with procurement department to ensure that all the input materials are sourced from right sub-contractor and with the required product merits.
• Communicate and Coordinate with customer on day to day basis to make sure that he will remain intact with the entire development and production cycle.
• Deeply order follow-up for the production and plan the productivity with Buyers. Meet with Production people, and rectify problems as per customer standards at different stages (from cutting to packing).
• Quoting the delivery dates to buyer after checking factory's capacity situation.
• Communicate with buyer & buying house regularly.
• Maintaining style wise files for Production, finishing and Q.C's for all running orders.
• Coordinate with Testing agencies and provide all relevant products for testing with its information as per required by buyers.
• Follow-up for the production till shipment, in order to achieve delivery on time.
• Any other work assinged by the management
