• Work with sales team and clients to document website requirements
• Create sitemap
• Develop project schedule
• Coordinate creation of creative deliverables
• Maintain schedule for all phases
• Attains approvals for all phases
• Coordinate the creation of all final page layouts
• Coordinate the creation of all production documents
• Attain all the required content
• Coordinate development of web projects with clients and internal resources
• Test website in different phases
• Manage Launch of website

Essential Requirements:

• Plan, deliver and manage complex website projects
• Lead website development projects
• Provide leadership, guidance and management to multiple project teams throughout the launch of the website
• Ensure that web projects and services are delivered to the client on time
• Coordinate with the team working on a project which may include designers and developers
• Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the client’s expectations
• Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and for monitoring and reporting the progress against the plan
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Develop and deliver progress report
• Setting quality standards and ensuring they are met while designing and developing websites
• Help Sales department with Pre-sales analysis and documentation
