The incumbent shall be responsible for following tasks & duties:

    • To calculate HR Metrics on Monthly basis
    • Statistical and trend analysis of HR data
    • To develop HR Policies
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes across the organization
    • Employee Relation
