Job Description: |
- Works closely with the Senior Human Resource Executives, and Hiring Managers to fully understand current and upcoming recruiting needs as well as developing recruitment plans to meet those determined needs.
- Identify and source potential candidates through social media, networking events, job boards, e-mail marketing, educational institutions and industry associations.
- Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts. Participate in career events, conferences and community job fairs
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and more efficient ways to source and attract talent to corporate and the field.
- Create and maintain recruiting brand externally to create external buzz about career opportunities and build talent pool.
- Promote awareness Internship program to internal and external resources.
- Ensures positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develops a candidate pipeline of qualified and diverse talent for current and anticipated roles within the organization.
- Provides input and ideas for process improvements.
