- 1 to 2 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, fresh candidate can also apply.
- Work experience with Software Company will be preferred
- Must Have good communication skills, soft spoken and good inter personal skills with presentable personality.
- Experience of contacting universities to short list candidates for interviews and searching of relevant and experienced resources from multiple platforms.
- Analytical, creative, and innovative thinking skills.
- Must have computer knowledge and can operate Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- Must have teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Undertake any other work assigned by the management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment and to work with minimal supervision
