| Job Description: |
1. Execute and control marketing projects/events/promotions/exhibitions according to monthly and annually BTL activity marketing work plan.
2. Supervise and follow up the timely installation of monthly display, shop sign, 3D boards, branding work as per allocated budget/quota.
3. Ensure the quality work in execution for display, shop sign, 3D boards, branding etc.
4. Co-ordinate with vendors for timely work completion, invoice submission, payment and ledger reconciliation.
5. Preparing documents for display, shop sign, 3D boards, branding approvals and complete the process work and keep record in required formats.
6. Receiving & comparing the vendor quotations for display, shop sign, 3D boards, branding work.
7. Managing the internal communication between all departments (design, product managers, sales, finance, etc.)
8. Monthly reports in prescribed forms about completion of BTL related all tasks as per monthly plan. |
