- Product Engineering (NPI) and costing

-Time and Motion studies / Work studies

- Standard method and standard times

- TMs selection on merit through through eye mind coordination test

- Plant layout designing

- To evaluate plant capacities, efficiencies and piece rate developments

- Ergonomics and provide attachment

- Machines, manpower planning and line balancing

- Standardize work and process mapping

- Job instructions training/Up-skilling and multi skilling

- QCO/Lean layout design

- Implementation of kaizen

- Hoshin kanri and policy development

- Process mapping and value streaam mapping

Required Skills:

Strong Analytical Skills,Strong Presentation Skills,Good project management skills
