Vizz Web Solutions is growing company and serving design and development services over 11 years around the world. We are looking for logical, hard worker, responsible and dedicated person who can work in night shift or day shift manage our system.We will provide candidate training for our running system so he would be responsible to:
- Respond all emails, tickets and customers queries
- Manage Skype chats and should be responsive to all customer’s concerns
- Keep track of all chats and should interact with team
- Follow up with team and customers
- Able to handle and resolve customer’s concern timely
- Trace issues and provide best possible solutions to customers
Requirements:
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
- A logical mind (Sharp candidate)
- Enthusiasm for continual learning
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
