| Job Description: |
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for coordinating activities within the operations section in HR. This position requires a very strong attention to detail, high level of customer focus, a motivation to meet deadlines and ability to approach issues with a sense of urgency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office operations.
- Assist in preparation of reports.
- Assist the Team lead in preparation of presentations and other analytics.
- Work with the operations team in arrangement of events and handling all the administrative and field related tasks.
- Ensure adherence to any other tasks and deadlines as assigned by the Supervisor/ HOD
