A leading manufacturer & exporter of leather apparel, has an opening for the position of Assistant Merchandising . The job responsibilities for this position are:
- Establish long term business terms with existing customers
- Provide customer services promptly
- Oversee costing compilation and negotiate finalized prices and all other order related matters with customers directly
- Coordinate with customers to make decisions regarding product construction, materials, labeling and packaging.
- Manage preparation of sample & order files- Ensure requirement of leather and materials for samples and orders are communicated accurately to concerned departments.
- Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure required quality and on time delivery
- Complete sales transaction by following customers for settlement of accounts
- To estimate and process import of accessories for sample & orders, where applicable
- Analyze all customer complaints and strategize to eradicate all problems proactively.
- Aid in planning sales visit and related activities
