OboxDigitech is looking for highly motivated and result oriented individual for our fast growing Tech House based in Lahore. The person will be responsible for generating business through online bidding on Upwork, Guru, and PPH etc

An Ideal candidate should be:

·       Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in online bidding on various portal Upwork (Preferably), Guru, and PPH etc

·       Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry)

·       Should have knowledge of popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development

·       Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals

·       Creating a comprehensive proposal detailing, estimates, milestones

·       Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals

·       Excellent communication in English, having experience to deal with foreign clients

·       Should be able to manage pre sales and post sales tasks independently

·       Should have prior sales or marketing experience in software or Web Development Company

·       Candidates should be dynamic to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets

·       Coordinating with the developers and designers for clients requirements

·       Comfortable in communicating with clients via email/Call/Skype

·       Proven track record in business development.

·       Good selling attitude, target oriented & able to work independently.

·       Proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, Requirement Gathering.

·       Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes

·       Good Working Knowledge of Computer, MS Office.

·       Should be comfortable in client interaction

·       Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for online bidding on Upwork, Guru, Fiverr etc.

·       Experience in handling international clients

·       Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, communication link between the development team and clients

·       Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations.

·       Work on the cold calling and email leads.

·       Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies

·       Achieving business targets.

·       Identifying new market and business line.
