Job Description:
  • Must have working knowledge of (DNS Server, Web Server Apache, My SQL Database Server, FTP Server, Operating System: Centos & Ubuntu)
  • Provide Technical Support to Clients in different regions
  • Act as a key technical resource for management in maximum support of client’s issues.
  • Installing and Updating Security and Software, Server auditing, Managing Logs. Troubleshooting problems, Installation and configuration ClamAV antivirus, Monitoring Websites.
  • Provide Remote Administration for Linux Servers
  • Provide hosting (Linux Based [Dedicated hosting] to clients and management of their servers accordingly.
  • Must be able to provide 24x7 dedicated support through ticketing system, Live chat and over the phone to different clients in different regions
