We are a real estate development company in Lahore. Our company currently requires an experienced Draftsmen for its architecture department.

Job Details:

• Draftsman’s main job duty is to create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations. Draftsmen typically work with professionals in their field, such as architects and engineers, who provide the necessary details, guidance and supervision.

• Prepare CAD/technical drawings as per the instructions of the architect/department head.

• Draftsman’s duties also include calculating structural strength, assessing building capacity limits and estimating construction costs.

• Checking plans and making necessary alterations as advised by the architect/senior.

• Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings (If required).

• Prepare assembly and detailed drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided.

• Prepare As-built drawings in the prescribed computer sheets and assist in Project close-outs.

• Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software

• Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects

• Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques

• Prepare multiple versions of designs that can be reviewed by engineers and architects

• Specify dimensions, materials, and methods involved in designing of new products

Required Skills set/software experience: MS Office, Auto-CAD, MAYA or any other 3D design tools.
