EMPLOYEE’s duties and responsibilities shall be:

1. Produce high end creative web designs that conform to industry standards.

2. Produce visually stunning designs in line with the latest trends and techniques.

3. Work with the Manager and the Clients to ensure that “Creative” designs and themes are made for each client.

4. With the help of Manager, provide accurate price quotes to meet client budgets while maintaining the standards of the company

5. Attend meetings with clients and managers to keep them in loop with tasks assigned.

6. Manage production of all graphic designs, from conception to completion

7. Maintain quality check on all the on-going projects and suggest the best possible changes

8. Deliver the work within the agreed upon budget and timeline

9. Creatively seek out new technologies, software, and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge
