The Business Development Officer needs to be the one who is ready to accept the challenges and is self-driven. Experience on business to business sales will be preferred while call center experience will be a plus. He /She needs to be the one who possess exceptional communication & selling skills along with business understanding.

Key Skills

·              The Business Development team member needs to be someone who is ready to accept the challenge

·              Has experience in business to business sales

·              Be able to dial the warm leads as researched by him/her and provided by the team lead.

·              Needs to possess exceptional English speaking, writing and selling skills.

·              Excellent organizational skills and ability work with a CRM system

·              Must be presentable, be familiar with using social media and LinkedIn

·              Comfortable working in night shifts.

·              Well-versed with CRM usage and data management.

·              possess exceptional spoken and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

·              Cold/Warm Calling of clients by region

·              Email Prospecting

·              Updating CRM with required details

·              Researching Leads

·              Any other business development activity as required by the Manager
