We need to start a proper HR department and are looking for a motivated HR graduate to come and help us build this. You will grow the current department. (You will be starting as an Associate and your efforts can take you to the Head of HR position in 12 months easy.)
We require you to assist the HR team with the daily workflow of:
- Recruitment and Selection
- Performance Management
- Attendance Management
- Systems, Process & Procedures ~ Global best practices
- JDs, Career Pathways etc.
- Manage the bonus, pay scale and increment processes
