Numesko is a digital agency with its Head office in the UK, providing services to various e-commerce projects operating in the UK. Presently, Numesko is looking to recruit an experienced Sr. Social Media Specialist to work from Islamabad office (Bahria Town Phase-08).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a detailed social media strategy and propose numbers and define KPIs to achieve social media objectives for each client
• Create a social media brand persona guide and remain consistent across every social channel
• Has the drive to “GO TO THE EXTRA MILE" to increase sales. Actively seek out customer online
• Develop and execute strategies to increase brand engagement within social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest and others)
• Increase likes, followers, tweets, stumbles, pins, +1 and visits from social sites
• Execute social media strategies for promotional campaigns, product launches and marketing/sales
• Write quality content to support social media pages (when required)
• Develop and publish engaging visuals and copy to support client objectives with the help of in-house-graphic designer
• Engage in dialogues and monitor customer issues
• Monitor trends and encourages adaptation of social media tools
• Searches for new/articles to post
• Utilize reporting tools to delivery monthly analytic reports
• Coach, mentor and train junior level staff

Skills Required:

• Excellent command over English (writing and speaking both)
• Excellent Grammar and Spellings
• Good understanding of internet/ social media marketing
• Online sales experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
• Minimum 4- 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience required, including ecommerce experience
• Ability to interpret and apply brand standards to online marketing initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• B2B and B2C digital marketing experience
